These are just a few of the problems that can occur in a hot tub. We can sometimes help you out over the phone with some problems but with others we would need to arrange an appointment to visit. We are based in the Edinburgh area but can cover most of Scotland, sometimes repairing the tub on the first visit depending on what the problem is. Our call out rates are by far the lowest around, so for those who have had an expensive quote to repair their tub don't be put off, as often our prices are up to 50% less for doing the same repair.
You want your hot tub to be available for you every day. You want to be able to relax in the knowledge that it will be reliable and remain in tiptop condition.
With this in mind, every hot tub will benefit from regular servicing. Without a
proper hot tub service, and hot tub maintenance your tub’s complex pipework will
eventually develop a build up of dirt and debris, commonly referred to as
Biofilm, which can contain parasites, viruses, bacteria and mould, and which is
very difficult to remove. In addition, you will want the peace of mind that the
electrical components in your spa are operating correctly (this could reduce hot
tub repairs in the future), and that your spa is clean, healthy and safe for all the family.
Regular hot tub servicing, and hot tub maintenance prolongs the life of your tub
and its components, and gives you the peace of mind that your tub will function
efficiently and safely year in year out.
Full Service: Takes approx 3-4hrs, tub should be in working order and up to full temp for engineer.
Recommended at least once a year to ensure optimum performance!

Should initial repairs be required prior to a full service we will attempt to repair it there and then but this work would be chargeable after a limited period of time. Fixed price full servicing is generally separate to repair/fault finding work.
